Obituary for Leroy Edward Coleman
Leroy E. “Stump” Coleman, a native of Mobile, Alabama was born on January 16, 1964, passed this earthly life on Friday, January 5, 2018. He attended Williamson High School where he was a member of the Mighty Marching Lions Band.
Leroy leaves to cherish his memories his loving and devoted mother: Virginia Coleman of Mobile, Alabama; three children: David Payton, Davetta Payton and Demetris Payton; one grandson: Marcus Adams all of Mobile, Alabama; three loving aunts: Pasty McCarthy, Mary Coleman, and Georgia Coleman all of Mobile, Alabama; two uncles: Joseph (Ola) Coleman and Mitchell Coleman; devoted cousins: Mary Ann Coleman (and her daughter: Whitney Coleman) and Arthur Coleman, all of Mobile, Alabama; a host of others relatives and friends.
His remains will lie in state from 1-8pm on Friday, January 12, 2018 at Small’s Mortuary, Mobile.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2018 from 10am until the 12noon funeral hour in Small’s Mortuary Chapel, Mobile, Alabama. Interment will follow in Gethsemane Cemetery, Mobile, AL.
